Somewhere nice’s Terms and Conditions
Payment is accepted in cash only on arrival! We accept GHS, EUR & USD (notes only) at our reception exchange rate. Card payment is available for larger payments.
Cancellations must be made directly with somewhere nice by email info@hostelaccra.com. The cancellation cut of time is 17h, two days prior to arrival.
Failure to cancel in time will result in a cancellation fee of the first nights’ accommodation.
If you do not arrive and do not inform us in advance, you will be charged the first nights accommodation and the remaining nights will be cancelled.
Check in to rooms is available from 15h.
Check out from rooms is strictly until 11h.
We do not allow guests to “room hop” – please book all nights in the same room type. Room changes are only allowed when there is no availability in the same room type for all nights.
Dorm bookings are not guaranteed to always stay together. If you wish to stay together with friends, please book a private room option. If you wish to book a dorm private for your group, please send us a request – it depends on availability and a surcharge will apply.
Please note that dorm rooms are 18+ only.
Special Holiday Periods:
The following conditions apply to the entire booking – all nights, rooms, add-ons selected.
**Christmas & New Years Eve 2018-2019**
Bookings which include 21.12.18 – 05.01.19 have a minimum cancellation notice of 7 days. Late cancellation will incur a charge of the first night.
A minimum stay may apply.
**Easter 2019**
Bookings which include 18.04 – 22.04 have a minimum cancellation notice of 7 days. Late cancellation will incur a charge of the first night.
A minimum stay may apply.
No payments are processed during booking! Only your credit card is verified and held as security on your booking.
